Director of Public Service Office
Responsibilities
As the city's chief administrative officer, the director of public service reports to the El Paso City Council and carries out policy established by the council. All department directors within the city report directly to the City Administrator, who oversees the daily operations of the City of El Paso, prepares and manages the Capital and Operating Budget, and prepares the agendas for all City Council meetings and work sessions.

Location
The director of public service’s office is located at 125 West Front Street.

Requests for Service
Citizen requests should be directed to the department responsible for the service requested.  Requests may be sent to the city using the Citizen Request Tracker or by completing a Request for Service form and returning it to city hall.
