Rental Information
RENTAL OF BUILDING (for El Paso residents living within the city limits)
Non-alcoholic Deposit $100.00 (On returnable separate check)
Rental $120.00 (Includes $15 fee for Bldg Prep)
Hourly $ 45.00 (Three hour minimum, $15 every
Hour thereafter) Alcoholic Deposit $100.00 (On returnable separate check)
Rental $300.00* (Includes $15 fee for Bldg Prep)
Hourly Not Permitted
*This amount also includes mandatory liquor liability insurance in the form of a rider to be placed on the City’s policy.

Non-alcoholic Deposit $100.00
Rental $170.00 (Includes $15 fee for bldg prep)
Hourly $ 60.00 (Three hour minimum, $20
every hour thereafter)
Alcoholic Deposit $100.00 (On returnable separate check)
Rental $350.00* (Includes $15 for Bldg prep)
Hourly Not Permitted
*This amount also includes mandatory liquor liability insurance in the form of a rider to be placed on the City’s policy.
REQUIRED DEPOSIT FEE: A non-refundable deposit of $60 is required to hold date. A FLAT FEE OF $65 TO SET UP THE NIGHT BEFORE, AFTER 5 P.M. Non profit groups, ex: churches, blood drives, etc., $35. For profit groups, ex: Knights of Columbus, Kiwanis will pay $120 rental. MUST BE 18 YRS. OLD
MAINTENANCE BUILDING: Rental is permitted on an hourly basis .The rent is $10 an hour. Capacity with tables & chairs is approximately 25. Deposit is not required.
